E1T6151 has one arm, and E2T6151 with two arms. Compared to manual impedance measurement, E1T6151 has unparalleled speed and repeatability. Mounted with high-frequency probes such as Form Factor's ACP40 series, it is ideal for impedance measurement for C4Bump's high-frequency range. An ionizer to remove static electricity comes as a standard.

Probe housing can mount up to two probes allowing highly flexible measurement

Probe housing to mount maximum of 2 probes.

Probe housing allows the angle and position of SIG and GND to be adjusted, and the combination of two probes can contact various SG arrangements.
