Why install CraftPix?

Legend Printing

Fine legend printing is now possible with digitalized process
Screen is no longer needed since all print data can be saved to CraftPix.
Small and last minuets revisions on print data can be corresponded more flexibly to help increase the opportunity.
Unique warpage and distortion on the print board can be digitally corrected.

Solder Resist Image

Accurate openings on QFP and fine pitch are now accomplished with CraftPix
CraftPix directly prints solder resist onto the panel, eliminating stencil and mask photo tool preparation setup.
Accurate openings on QFP and fine pitch are now easily accomplished.

Etching / Plating Resist

Eco-friendly, eliminating dryfilms, laminators, LDI, exposure units and associated processes.
CraftPix prints etch resist and plating resist ink directly onto various metal boards.
After a simple exposure, the process can be moved immediately to etching and plating, leading to dramatic cost reductions.
Using two types of film, laminating machines, dedicated exposure machines, and developing processes are no longer required.
This results in huge cost savings, speedy production, and eliminates the risk of defects due to film misalignment.

Conductive Ink

CraftPix can print not just UV cured inks, but conductive inks, as well.
CraftPix is also compatible with metallic nanoink printing.
The switch from the conventional subtractive to additive has been a major challenge for the electronics industry.
CraftPix overcomes this issue and directly prints metallic nanoink without the need of a metal mask.
