CraftPix increase throughput by option of connecting to automation

Auto Loader

CPA8165CV (Conveyor Type) Optional

Customers’ loader and unloader can be connected to MicroCraft conveyor.
It can be integrated with various material handling equipment that customers use.
Board is transferred from customer loader to designated position on MicroCraft conveyor for alignment.
Then the transfer arm secures the board with vacuum and transfers it to CraftPix.
Once printing is completed, board is immediately unloaded and the conveyor places board into next staging area.

CPA8165ST (Stacker Type) Optional

Loader and unloader are connected to each side of the CraftPix for continuous automatic operation.
Boards are set into Loader stacker, then a transfer arm secures the board with vacuum and transfers it to CraftPix.
Once printing is completed, board is immediately unloaded and put into the Unloader stacker.
For a board thickness of 1mm, up to 360 boards can be stacked.
Operation with laminated paper is also supported, preventing board damage when stacked.
Transfer arm can flip the board, enabling “print side A, print side B, and unload” with a single CraftPix.
